In celebration of our perhaps Luddite, perhaps antediluvian, perhaps even lazy and lack of tech-savvy ways , I post this poem that I found in this morning's New York Times:

I do not Twitter
I do not Facebook
I do not MySpace
I am reading "The Day of the Locust"

Of all the characters in West,
They say that Homer is the best,
But me, I’m just not up to date -
My phone is clearly second rate;
I’m not on Facebook. I’m absurd -
I think that Twittering’s for birds!
Don’t got no Bluetooth, - I’m so slow -
’Fraid I ain’t watched The Simpsons show!
